To use Simply Transparent you will probably need to have:

1. Microsoft Windows9x/NT/2000
2. Internet Explorer 4 or newer.
3. (Windows95 & NT4 only) Desktop Update in IE4
4. 1MB of Hard Disk space.
5. And of course a totally awesome background wallpaper!
